To make sure everyone gets a chance to earn their way up the rankings, KDE needs your help. Duelists need to get their local stores on board with COSSY, as in some cases, this is the only way for Duelists to earn COSSY points. Duelists will get a real sense of where they rate and stores that utilize COSSY will enjoy stronger Yu-Gi-Oh! Participation from their player base. Sanctioned tournaments using KTS, such as the Regional Qualifiers, count toward your rankings too, as long as the results are submitted to KDE!!

So i've been reading a lot of the tourney reports here and a good number of them mention that the tourney software crashed in the middle and re-pairings had to be done. I didn't think much of it till i judged regionals yesterday, where the program crashed not once, but twice, causing huge delays/headaches for everyone.

Anyone know what the deal is with this? Everyone was defending konami and saying to cut them some slack for anaheim running till 2AM, but it's been 4 months already. Can't they hire some more people to make things actually run well instead of relying on overworked, understaffed employees?
