I have purchased the weapons and armor bundle pack from Sony Store through the PS3, I have tried everything I can think of but the items just will not appear in the game, I know they are meant to appear in the chest in Gorhart. I have tried deleting everything ( including the game which was also bought on Sony Store) and re-installing, I have also tried with only putting in the weapon and armor bundle and not any other dlc I have even tried starting a new game several times & have even tried without the PS3 connected to the internet. I have tried fast traveling back to Allestar Tower and walking back to Gorhart because there is a trigger point for the DLC, but still no luck. I have tried on 3 separate PS3's and still get the same results. I spoke to Playstation Support (13-May-2013) and they asked me to telephone EA, but unless you are playing one of a very small list of games there is no option to speak to anyone.

Must say that I was not impressed! I tried the online help site to find a page that atates that EA is aware that people are having problems with the DLC not working correctly, but only gave contact information for PC help.

I have the exact same problem, and after searching the web i notice this is a very common problem! If you`re unable to fix this issue, by what right can you continue selling this product on PSN?!?! Pull the product until the issue has been resolved, by not doing so EA just appears as scammers! What good will the weapons and armor bundle be if i finish the game before i can get the items?! I was going to buy both Dead Kel and Teeth of Naros next weekend, but why should i throw away even more money??? I also have both the Dead Kel and Teeth of Naros packs and they both work fine, but to get them to trigger you have to fast travel to Alestar tower and walk to Gorhart, there is a trigger point for DLC content next to the first lorestone.

I still haven't got the weapons and armor bundle to work, even though all content including the game was bought off PS Store ( the game is the digital download version). But my predicament is now that none of my saves work if I take the bundles out & I have spent over 240 hours on the game. I am still searching for answers and a solution. I agree that EA need to get their act into gear and either remove the packs from sale and refund everyone who can't get the items to work or fix the problem I had read about other people having problems as the latest discs all seem to need UK based DLC to work. But I am in the UK and everything including the game was bought from the UK Playstation Store.

As soon as I started the game from the disc based and not my digital copy ( don't worry your game save will work for either copy) the quest 'Special Delivery' popped up. So I fast traveled directly to Gorhart and yes all the items were waiting in the chest.

Think I may contact Sony again and see if they can try to get this sorted or at least put a note on the DLC to warn people that it only seems to work with the disc based version Again this problem has been with the Armor and Weapon packs only. Dead Kel & Teeth of Naros don't seem to have the same problem, they just need triggering by fast traveling to Alestar Tower and walking to Gorhart.
