Diablo 2 Multires Patch 1.13c

Posted on

This unofficial 'patch' allows you to play Diablo II in resolutions other than 640x480 and. And then MultiRes normally. I'm using 1.13c of Diablo and 1.02 of.

  1. Diablo 2 Lod Patch 1.14
  2. Diablo 2 Lod 1.13 Patch
  3. Diablo 2 1.13c Installer

Diablo II: 1.14a There is a major problem with 1.14a. Some of their MPQ files use a new format. This is making rolling back not possible because older game.exe files cannot understand these MPQ files. So, if you downloaded 1.14a directly from battle net: - You won't be able to use D2SE. You won't be able to use PlugY. You won't be able to use MultiRes - You won't be able to play any mod besides Median and a few others - You won't be able to join The Sin War realms However, if you have 1.14a as a result of updating an earlier version (installing from CDs, for example), not all hope is lost. You can follow instructions on downgrading.

But macro, I just downloaded 1.14a from Battle.net, what do? We are working on a solution for this - but it is not something that can be fixed by median itself. This problem is in the MPQ format so the only solution to go to previous versions is to get Diablo from somewhere else.

Whether we'll be able to create some sort of script to convert these MPQ files is still unknown. We can only hope. And big respect to blizzard for releasing a virtually empty patch and giving a big part of their D2 community the middle finger. If at least they had done something worth mentioning, such as resolution improvements and what not. 6 years and we get a 'shiny new mac installer' that doesn't even work.

Either way, we have dealt with them before and we will continue to do so. If you wish to play on The Sin War, or use third party tools such as D2SE or PlugY, you need to get the game from a different source that is not blizzard's installer. More information in.

Marco wrote: Characters from this season will not be removed in the next seasons. Thank you for this especially! Edit: so when you're creating a new char on TSW in the new season, you have to choose 'non-ladder' character in case you want it to be saved in the future?

And those chars marked as 'ladder character' are gonna be wiped every new season, right? But all TSW rules apply both for ladder and non-ladder chars, true?

No, at the end of the season, ladder characters get converted to non-ladder.

Heyo everyone, First off I wanted to thank you EPS for all your hard work, and your excellent mod. After trying several ways to get a better res on d2 v 1.10, this so far has worked the best for me. Though I'm having an issue using the mod blackend, which does the whole -direct -txt way of modding.

Diablo 2 1.13c Installer

In game: (sorry guys tried to use the old spoiler/spoiler line but it didn't work) I realize that this isn't your area of specialty, but since I saw your WIP screenies it looks like you understand how it wasn't lining up. I am also using plugy 10, though I tried running without it and had the same results. What's odd is it works perfectly in vanilla (probably the way you made it lol).

I am running this in direct 3d, because it seems like its the only mode that really works (2d doesn't seem to even load). I'm currently trying to take some of the files out of the /data folder from blackend to see if I can find a conflict from there. Any ideas would be helpful, thank you.
